My wife and I put our house on the market for sale in September with another realtor. After 2.5 months (with a number of price drops and being consistently informed that we were priced correctly), we only had 2 showings and no offers. We became frustrated with the situation and decided to also start marketing the house for rent as well (this would be our first rental property). I received Brock’s name and contact info from an individual I work with. Brock was quick to have a discussion with me and explain the scenarios if we were to end up renting. He also did some great research to identify a good offering price for rent per month. Within one week of the house being on the market, we had a significant number of showings and our house was quickly rented out. We also ended up getting a little more per month than what we asking. I believe this is partially attributed to the house showing very well but more importantly the great marketing by Brock. Throughout the process of getting the lease agreement signed and getting the tenants in to the house, Brock was very quick to respond to all questions.
